Brad Rinklin

Chief Marketing Officer

Brad Rinklin is Carbon Black’s Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for corporate marketing, channel marketing, field marketing, account and lead development, operations and corporate communications. Previously, Brad served as the CMO of EZE Software. Prior to that, Brad was senior vice president and Chief Marketing Officer for Akamai where his responsibilities included leading marketing & corporate communications, product marketing, partner marketing, sales productivity and channel organizations. In the six years prior to becoming CMO at Akamai, Brad held roles in sales, sales management, sales engineering and training, eventually managing a global marketing and channel sales organization of 250 with $80 million reporting to him.

Brad is an innovative leader with more than 20 years of marketing, high-technology sales, training and business development experience. He currently serves on the executive boards of The Ad Club and MITX. Brad has a B.S. in Marketing and Economics from Baylor University and post-graduate education from Harvard Business School and MIT Sloan School of Management. He lives in Andover, MA, with his wife and four children.
